Koskie Minsky Welcomes Associate Laura Clerk

Laura joined the Class Actions Department in 2025 after articling and summering at the firm.

Laura graduated from the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law in 2024. While at the University of Toronto, Laura published an article in the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review advocating for the application of trauma-informed approaches to the class action claims process. She also completed a summer as a case worker with the Class Action Clinic at the University of Windsor Faculty of Law.

During law school, Laura served as a Senior Editor on the Journal of Law and Equality’s editorial board. She also served as a leader of the Reproductive Rights Working Group at the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights where she co-authored and published a report on improving access to abortion services in Canada.
