Canada’s leading litigation firm continues to add to its collective experience and knowledge with the addition of Malcolm McCarron.

Malcolm graduated from Western University, Faculty of Law. He competed in several moot competitions, including the Bowman National Tax Moot, where he was the top-ranked appellant oralist. Malcolm also contributed to the latest edition of Fridman’s The Law of Contract in Canada and worked as a caseworker with the Western Intellectual Property & Innovation Legal Clinic. Malcolm summered and articled at Lenczner Slaght, gaining experience in commercial arbitration, construction, employment, and intellectual property. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Western University.
