We’re pleased to welcome Nicholas Cummings to our Partnership.
Nicholas is a dedicated corporate and real estate lawyer in the firm’s London office who has been working with Lerners since he was a student. His practice involves advising a wide variety of clients spanning many industries, including drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, corporate financings, mergers and acquisitions, purchases and sales of businesses, leasing arrangements, risk analysis, and other facets of corporate and real estate law.
Nicholas also volunteers with TechAlliance, a local organization that assists entrepreneurs with launching start-ups and accelerating growth for established technology companies.
