  • Representing vendors and purchasers in asset and share purchase transactions for Small and Medium Enterprises; representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, representing Small and Medium Enterprise clients on a variety of commercial agreements and in structuring and restructuring transactions; advising Money Services Business clients with regard to FSCO and FINTRAC compliance and other regulatory matters.
