Kathryn’s health law practice includes representing health care professionals in civil actions and regulatory matters. In her insurance defence practice she represents insurers in actions involving commercial general liability, motor vehicle accidents (tort and accident benefits), historical sexual abuse, environmental damage, and coverage disputes. Kathryn was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2015.
