Lerners is further expanding its health law and commercial litigation team with the arrival of a new associate, Maya Kotob. Maya’s practice focuses on litigation and dispute resolution in a wide range of areas including medical negligence, professional regulation, and commercial disputes. Maya has experience appearing before the Consent and Capacity Board, Ontario Review Board, Superior Court of Justice, and Ontario Court of Appeal. Maya has also appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada as co-counsel to an intervener on three appeals.
