Liam Churchill Joins Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP Toronto Office

Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP is pleased to welcome Liam to the Securities group.

Liam’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of international and domestic capital markets transactions, including public financings, mergers and acquisitions, and private placements. He also advises Canadian and foreign companies on corporate governance and securities law compliance matters.

Liam summered at Blakes after his second year of law school and articled with the Firm upon graduation. During his articles, he completed a secondment in the corporate finance branch of the Ontario Securities Commission. Prior to joining Blakes, Liam worked in the communications and consultations branch of the Privy Council Office.
