Working out of our Toronto office, Sara utilizes efficient, creative and practical solutions to achieve success across a wide range of labour relations matters including the preparation of employment contracts, interpretation of collective agreement language, policy drafting and implementation, discipline, wrongful dismissal actions and grievance arbitration.
Sara has represented employers before the Ontario Superior Court, the Canadian Industrial Relations Board, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal, as well as the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and Tribunals. She frequently represents employers at the bargaining table, both in the private and public sector.
