Mathews Dinsdale is pleased to welcome Tara Russell as an Associate to the Firm. Tara practices in all areas of labour and employment law. She provides advice and representation to employers on a broad range of issues, including workplace investigations, employment litigation, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining and other labour relations matters, human rights complaints, and workplace privacy law matters. Tara assists employers with achieving practical workplace solutions. She regularly advises employers on the development and implementation of workplace policies, hiring, discipline and performance management, dismissals, and disability management. Tara has appeared before all levels of Court in Alberta, the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan, and the Appeals Commission for Alberta Workers’ Compensation.
