Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers is pleased to announce the addition of Daniel Michaelson to the firm’s partnership.
Since his call to the bar in 2008, Daniel has practiced broadly in areas such as motor vehicle accidents, general negligence, recreational cases, occupier’s liability, medical malpractice, product liability, jurisdictional cases, and insurance disputes. He has represented clients at all levels of court including administrative tribunals, the Superior Court of Justice, and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
A graduate of the University of Western Ontario Law School in 2007 and York University in 2004, Daniel has established himself as a tireless advocate for his clients and a committed member of Neinstein Personal Injury Lawyers’ team.
Daniel is heavily involved in volunteer work, serving on the Board of Directors of Canadian Young Judea as the movement lawyer, Lawyers Feed the Hungry and the Nat Conservancy of Canada.
