Paliare Roland Congratulates New Partner Hailey Bruckner

Paliare Roland is pleased to welcome Hailey Bruckner to the Firm’s partnership.

Hailey has distinguished herself as a rising star in civil litigation, where she maintains a diverse practice encompassing commercial disputes, appeals, employment law, professional discipline and regulation, judicial inquiries and inquests, and public and administrative law. A committed believer in access to justice, Hailey volunteered as a lead case worker at Osgoode’s Community and Legal Aid Services Program, providing advice and representation for low-income clients facing legal issues related to disability support, criminal injury, human rights, and tenancy.

Hailey acted as counsel to the Commissioner of the City of Hamilton’s Red Hill Valley Parkway Inquiry. She was also counsel in Waxman v. Waxman, 2022 ONCA 311, in which the Ontario Court of Appeal upheld a motion decision dismissing claims against her clients on a summary judgment motion, and staying their claims as an abuse of process in the alternative. Leave to appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada was denied.
