Paliare Roland Welcomes Associate Pooja Patel

Paliare Roland is pleased to announce that Pooja Patel has joined the firm as an associate after summering and articling with the firm. Pooja is building a diverse practice focused on administrative law, employment law, and general civil litigation.

As a law student at Western University’s Faculty of Law, Pooja held positions as a caseworker at Community Legal Services, a volunteer for Pro Bono Students Canada, and co-chair of charity talent-show Obiter Dicta. She was awarded the Student Legal Society’s Leadership Award in her third year in recognition of her efforts to improve student life. Pooja also has a keen interest in oral advocacy: won the BLG Client Consultation Competition, was a member of the “Best Team” at the Lerners Cup, reached the semi-finals at the National Client Consultation Competition, and participated in the Wilson Moot.
