Paliare Roland Welcomes New Partner Danielle Glatt

Paliare Roland is pleased to welcome Danielle Glatt to the Partnership.

Danielle Glatt is a respected lawyer with a wide range of experience in commercial litigation and public law. Her commercial litigation practice focuses on shareholder disputes, securities matters, civil fraud, defamation, class actions, and insolvency.

Danielle is active in the legal community, working with Pro Bono Ontario, the Canadian Civil Liberties Association, and Downtown Legal Services. Danielle has appeared as amicus at the Divisional Court and the Ontario Court of Appeal and she has repeatedly intervened at the Supreme Court of Canada.

She is a regular speaker on civil procedure and anti-SLAPP legislation and has taught evidence and procedure in constitutional litigation at Osgoode Hall law school.
