Pallett Valo welcomes Jonathan Beiles who has joined the firm’s Construction and Infrastructure practice.

Pallett Valo welcomes Jonathan Beiles to its Construction and Infrastructure Practice.

Jonathan provides legal advice and representation in construction-related disputes, subrogation, and complex liability matters involving contractual risk allocation and indemnity issues.

He conducts examinations for discovery and appears before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on contested motions. In addition, Jonathan assists partners on complex commercial litigation matters, including shareholder disputes and corporate reorganization-related litigation.
