Polley Faith Welcomes Yuliya Mykhaylychenko

Polley Faith LLP is pleased to announce that Yuliya Mykhaylychenko has joined the firm as an Associate

Prior to joining Polley Faith as an associate, Yuliya summered and articled with the firm.

Yuliya received her JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. During her time there, she volunteered at Downtown Legal Services where she represented individuals charged with criminal or academic offences. She also volunteered as a legal research assistant at the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights on issues regarding the interplay between artificial intelligence and the section 8 privacy rights of Canadians. Yuliya received the Professor Alan A. Mewett, Q.C. Prize in Criminal Law.

Yuliya also has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto.

Yuliya continues to foster a broad litigation practice, including working on civil, commercial, and regulatory matters.
