Rae Christen Jeffries Welcomes Newest Associate, Malcolm Woodside

Malcolm comes from a litigation background, having articled at a national full-service firm in Toronto and spending the early years of his career at a boutique firm specializing in employment law. Malcolm advises employers in all areas of labour and employment law. His areas of expertise include wrongful dismissal claims and employment standards.

Malcolm received his J.D. in 2020 from Western University. During law school he was active in the mooting program and represented Western in several national moots. He was also the Co-Chair of the Distinguished Speakers Committee. Prior to attending law school, Malcolm attended the University of King’s College where he received a B.A. in Theatre from Dalhousie University. He was called to the bar in 2021.
