Shaira Nanji Joins Cassels Brock

Shaira Nanji is an associate in Tax Group at Cassels Brock. She advises on Canadian tax issues associated with domestic and international tax planning with an emphasis on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, inbound and outbound investments, and corporate reorganizations. Prior to joining the firm, Shaira practiced tax law at another major Canadian law firm where she provided tax advice in connection with share and asset purchase transactions, corporate restructurings, and engaged in tax dispute resolution.
