Shaun Khullar Joins Cassels Brock

Shaun practises corporate and securities law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.He has experience acting on behalf of acquiring and target companies in connection with asset purchase transactions and public and private share purchase transactions, including by way of plan of arrangement and on behalf of issuers and investment dealers in connection with public and private corporate finance transactions, including secondary offerings and private placements.Shaun has experience acting on behalf of clients in a variety of industries including mining, information technology, biotechnology and banking.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Shaun was an associate at another prominent Canadian law firm where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

During law school, Shaun was a member of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review and contributed to various projects undertaken by certain non-governmental organizations.

Prior to pursuing his legal career, Shaun worked at a major supplier of networking equipment in the research and development of fiber-optic communication systems.
