Smart & Biggar is proud to announce the appointment of Reagan Seidler as Senior Associate in our Trademarks practice.

Reagan is a trademark and copyright enforcer. Skilled in cross-examinations, laws of evidence and procedure, negotiations and legal argument, Reagan solves problems and protects high-value intellectual property.

As a litigator, Reagan is known for his ability to distill complex problems into simple answers. He appears routinely before the Federal Court and Trademarks Opposition Board, while also making appearances on behalf of clients (successfully) before Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice and Court of Appeal. Trademark oppositions, section 45 non-use cancellation challenges, and trademark infringement and copyright infringement matters are all in his wheelhouse.
