Ted Citrome Joins Cassels Brock

Ted’s practice includes all aspects of corporate and partnership taxation with a particular focus on the taxation of mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and corporate finance. Ted has acted on several major public and private transactions, including takeover, restructuring and reorganization transactions.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Ted practised tax law at another prominent Toronto law firm.

Ted has spoken at the Canadian Tax Foundation Annual Conference and has published articles in several leading tax journals.
