He provides ongoing commercial advice to clients and helps them implement acquisitions or sales of businesses, joint venture arrangements, shareholder agreements and private placements. Chaim has completed many complex transactions, including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions and corporate reorganizations and has assisted borrowers and lenders in implementing secured lending facilities and various loan transactions.
