Kobi is a partner in our Business Law Group. Kobi’s practice focuses on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance.

He assists clients at all stages to formulate, negotiate and implement the structure of acquisitions or sales of businesses and other corporate and commercial transactions. He has experience with a variety of transactions including share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings and corporate reorganizations and has also assisted borrowers and lenders with secured lending facilities and loan transactions. By working closely with his clients, Kobi is able to provide comprehensive and efficient legal counsel.
