Andrew’s practice focuses on advising and advocating on behalf of public and private sector owners, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sureties, and design professionals throughout the lifecycle of construction projects, including everything from negotiating contracts to litigating matters in court and through alternative dispute resolution methods.
