Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Annie Tayyab has joined the firm as an associate in our Litigation Law Group.

Annie’s practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

In her previous roles, Annie gained extensive experience in high-stakes litigation, including multi-jurisdictional class actions, contractual disputes, competition law, shareholder disputes, and regulatory proceedings.

She has appeared in Courts of Appeal throughout the country, and has made written submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada on behalf of an intervener.
