Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Emer Kelly has joined the firm as an associate in our Banking and Financial Services Group.

Emer has acted for major banks and corporations on domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured financings including project, leveraged and general corporate syndicated facilities.

Prior to joining Torkin Manes, Emer practiced at an international law firm in the UK. While there, she was also seconded to the syndications department of two major European banks.
