Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Hunter Forman has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Hunter is an associate in our Business Law and Technology, Privacy & Data Management Groups.

As an associate in the Business Law Group, Hunter acts for clients on a wide range of transaction including mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of businesses. He works closely with clients at each stage of a transaction; from collaborating with clients at the outset of negotiating the terms of a deal to advising clients on closing the transaction. Hunter also advises clients on general commercial and business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.
