Laura’s practice focuses on technology contracting, cybersecurity, privacy compliance, and assisting clients on both technology transactions, data breaches and other commercial matters.

Laura has experience assisting a wide range of technology companies in various sectors, including SaaS providers, information technology providers and companies with a focus on novel health technology, carbon capture and AI. She also assists clients with drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, such as licensing, reseller, distribution, development and services agreements.
