Torkin Manes is pleased to announce that Laura Nichols has joined the firm as an associate in our Business Law Group.

Laura Nichols is an associate in the firm’s Business Law Group, where she provides counsel to clients on a variety of corporate commercial matters. Her experience includes share and asset acquisitions and divestitures, corporate reorganizations, commercial contracts and general corporate governance. Laura also advises clients on business law matters relating to the day-to-day activities of their businesses.

Laura also practises in the area of private wealth and succession planning.

Originally called to the B.C. Bar in 2013, Laura was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020.
