Khiam’s practice focuses on employment and human rights law and advocacy, workplace investigations, and restorative coaching and mediation. She works with organizations of all sizes across the private sector, and is a trusted advisor to several Indigenous organizations. In addition, she represents executives and senior leaders with disputes in the workplace.
A trained coach and communications facilitator, Khiam leads restorative mediations that help workplace parties move forward after conflict and provides executive coaching to organizational leaders.
