Tyr welcomes new Associate – Kasia Donovan

Tyr LLP is pleased to welcome new Associate Kasia Donovan to our elite trial team.

Kasia’s practice focuses on intellectual property and complex commercial disputes. Kasia has acted as counsel in proceedings involving all forms of intellectual property rights – including patent, trade secret, trademark, and copyright – and is experienced in proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.  Kasia also has experience acting in commercial disputes, appeals and judicial reviews across a spectrum of subject matter and industries.

Prior to joining Tyr, Kasia was an Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution department at a top-tier Bay Street law firm. She holds a MSc in Chemistry from Queen’s University.
