Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Alex Karlsen as a lawyer to the firm. Alex practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Alex first joined the firm as a summer student in 2020 and articled with the firm in 2021-2022.

Alex earned a Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University, where he graduated 4th in his class with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Alex completed his undergraduate studies at Toronto Metropolitan University where he graduated with distinction and received a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Business and Law.
