Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Brendan Wu as an associate to the firm.

Brendan practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, and real estate law. Brendan first joined the firm as a summer student in 2019 and articled with the firm in 2020-2021.

Brendan earned his Juris Doctor (Magna Cum Laude) from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law. While in law school, Brendan was a Teaching Assistant for Principles of Legal Research, and Introduction to Public and Constitutional Law. In his final two years of law school, he was also actively involved with the Faculty of Law’s Career and Professional Development Center as a Facilitator and Resume and Cover Letter Specialist.
