Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Brett Varrin as a lawyer to the firm. Brett practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Brett first joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and articled with the firm in 2023-2024.
Brett earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law. Prior to his legal education, he attended Ontario Tech University for his undergraduate studies and later pursued an MBA at Laurentian University. Brett also successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course.
