Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Bronwyn Newell as a lawyer to the firm. Bronwyn practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial, and debt law. Bronwyn first joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and articled with the firm in 2022-2023.
Bronwyn earned her Juris Doctor and Honours Business Administration degree through the combined JD/HBA program at the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law and Richard Ivey School of Business.
