Carlye is an associate practising primarily in the areas of securities/corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate/commercial law.
She joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled with the firm in 2016/2017.
Carlye completed her J.D. at Western University’s Faculty of Law. She holds an Honours Business Administration degree from Western’s Richard Ivey School of Business. At law school, Carlye received the David L. Johnston Prize in Securities Regulation for the highest standing in a securities law course.
Prior to law school, Carlye worked as a consultant with IBM in their Global Business Services sector.
