Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomes Davia Wang as an Associate.

Davia is an associate practising primarily in the areas of securities/corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate/commercial law.

Davia joined the firm as a summer student in 2015 and articled with the firm in 2016/2017.

Davia completed her J.D. at Osgoode Hall Law School. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Co-op) from the University of Toronto. During law school, Davia was a Division Leader in the Administrative Law Division of the Community and Legal Aid Services Program and a Student Ambassador. Davia received the Dominic Carinci Memorial Prize for achieving high standing in both business associations and real estate law courses.

Prior to law school, Davia worked as a capital market risk analyst with TD Securities. Davia is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and has passed Level II of the CFA exam.
