Wildeboer Dellelce LLP welcomes new associate Ryan Trimble.

Ryan practises in the areas of securities, corporate finance and corporate/commercial law and is also a member of the firm’s Debt Products Group. He has acted for clients in connection with public offerings and private placements of securities, commercial agreements, secured transactions, mergers, acquisitions, regulatory filings, corporate governance, leasing and other commercial real estate matters. Ryan has acted on behalf of clients in a variety of industries such as banking, technology, financial services and real estate.

Ryan joined the firm as a summer student in 2014 and completed his articles with the firm in 2016. From August 2016 to April 2017, Ryan was on secondment to CI Financial where he worked in the internal legal department.
