Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to announce that Daniel Shapira has joined the firm effective immediately to head up its new Commercial Real Estate practice group. Daniel will be based out of the firms Toronto office.
Daniel comes to us from a large national law firm and he will be broadening the firms capabilities with a practice focused primarily on the areas of property development, sales, acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial leasing and financing transactions including land development and construction loans, acquisition facilities and operating facilities.
Daniel has an undergraduate degree from Western University and a law degree from the University of Victoria.
We are excited to have Daniel onboard and look forward to working with him to build out the firm’s new commercial real estate practice.
