Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Rachel Manno to the firm’s Debt Products practice group.

Rachel began practising with the banking and financial services group at a large, national full-service law firm. She has represented lenders and borrowers, private and public companies, on cash flow and asset-based loans, securitizations and public-private infrastructure projects.

Rachel then practised in-house as senior counsel for the capital markets group of Royal Bank of Canada on derivatives work supporting documentation, risk, operational and trading floor front office teams. Before joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Rachel acted as general counsel and chief operating officer of fintech small business lender Lendified Inc.
