Wildeboer Dellelce LLP is pleased to welcome Sam Fata as a lawyer to the firm. Sam practises primarily in the areas of tax, corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Sam first joined the firm as a summer student in 2021 and articled with the firm in 2022-2023.
Sam earned his Juris Doctor from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University. Prior to law school, he obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (with High Distinction) from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
