Sarah practises primarily in the areas of corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate and commercial law. Sarah joined the firm as a summer student in 2018 and articled with the firm in 2019-2020.
Sarah earned a Juris Doctor (with distinction) from the Faculty of Law at Western University, where she was a recipient of the Law Society of Upper Canada Prize. Prior to law school, she studied Psychology and obtained a general Bachelor of Arts degree (with high distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier University, where she was the recipient of the Alumni Bronze Medal.
