Wildeboer Dellelce Names New Partner Jeff Hergott

Wildeboer Dellelce is proud to announce that Jeff Hergott has been admitted into the partnership effective immediately.

Jeff’s practice focuses in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate/commercial law. In the course of his practice, Jeff has also advised public companies with respect to continuous disclosure and corporate governance matters.

Jeff’s corporate finance experience includes advising issuers and underwriters in connection with both public offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities, across a broad section of industries, including the mining, renewable energy and technology sectors. Jeff’s M&A experience includes advising clients in respect of take-over bids and arrangements and also includes advising clients in connection with going-public transactions such as qualifying transactions and reverse take-overs through the facilities of the TSX Venture Exchange.

Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce in 2011, Jeff was an associate in the Securities and M&A Group at a large multi-national firm.
