Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to welcome Daniel Lupinacci to the firm’s Debt Products practice group.
His practice focuses on banking, corporate finance, M&A, capital markets, and general corporate and commercial law. He has extensive experience as counsel to both borrowers and lenders on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including asset-based loans, private acquisition financings, debt and structured financings, and leveraged buyouts.
Before joining the firm, Daniel was an associate in the Banking & Finance Group at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto. Prior to that, Daniel was Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at the Royal Bank of Canada, where he was involved in the oversight of the board of directors and audit committee matters.
Daniel received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2020. Prior to entering law school, Daniel obtained an Honours Bachelor of Commerce with a Minor in Economics from McMaster University, Faculty of Commerce.
