Wildeboer Dellelce Welcomes New Associate Jonathan Born

Jonathan practises primarily in the areas of real estate and corporate commercial law with an emphasis on commercial transactions and property development. Jonathan is experienced with all aspects of commercial real estate matters including the acquisition, disposition, management, financing and development of various asset classes as well as joint ventures, limited partnerships and commercial leasing.

Prior to joining Wildeboer Dellelce, Jonathan practised commercial real estate law at a full-service firm in Toronto where he acted for REITs, private investors, developers, national retailers, municipalities and financial institutions in complex real estate, financing and infrastructure transactions.

Before entering the practice of law, Jonathan gained experience in finance, securities and banking matters at a global financial services company as well as at the Department of Finance in Ottawa

Jonathan obtained a Juris Doctor from Western Law in 2010 and an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University in 2007.
