Wildeboer Dellelce Welcomes New Lawyer Luigi Valente

Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to announce that Luigi Valente has joined the firm in the practice areas of securities and tax.

Luigi practises primarily in the areas of corporate/commercial, corporate finance and taxation law. He has acted for clients in connection with various matters, including mergers, acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, securities regulatory compliance filings and corporate governance, and has represented both issuers and investment dealers in connection with private placements and public offerings of securities.

Luigi joined the firm as a summer student in 2013 and completed his articles with the firm in 2015. During his articling term, Luigi completed a two month secondment in the Corporate Finance Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.

While at Osgoode, Luigi received numerous academic awards, including prizes for obtaining the highest academic standing in Business Taxation and Securities Regulation, and the highest combined standing in Commercial Law, Business Associations and Taxation. At Osgoode, Luigi also acted as the law school representative for the Canadian Italian Advocates Organization (CIAO).
