Wildeboer Dellelce Welcomes New Partner Geoff Cher

Wildeboer Dellelce is proud to announce that Geoff Cher has become a partner of the firm.

Geoff practises in the areas of corporate commercial and securities law with an emphasis on corporate finance transactions, investment funds and structured products as well as general business law matters. Geoff has experience representing a broad range of asset managers, private and early stage capital sponsors, investment funds and portfolio managers and advises public and private companies and clients in a diverse range of industries including the asset management, natural resource, technology and new media and entertainment sectors while supporting their capital markets activities and day-to-day business needs. This includes advising on initial structuring and fund formation, public offerings and private placements (domestic and cross border), corporate governance, registration and compliance matters as well as dealings with regulatory matters.

In 2011, Geoff was a member of the organizational committee for the Power Ball, an annual charitable event in support of the Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery

Geoff has completed the Canadian Securities Course and is fluently bilingual in English and French.
