Wildeboer Dellelce is pleased to welcome Marcus Hinkley to the firm.

Marcus is a partner practising mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and private equity transactions. He advises Canadian and international clients on a broad range of matters, including domestic and cross-border M&A, foreign investment, corporate reorganizations and general corporate and commercial issues.

Marcus has experience working with clients across a wide variety of industries, with a particular emphasis on life sciences (including radiopharma), private equity, technology, professional services, manufacturing and retail.

Originally from England, Marcus brings an international perspective to his practice. Prior to his call to the Ontario Bar in 2014, he trained and worked abroad and later practised with major international law firms in Toronto. His cross-border experience enables him to effectively negotiate and coordinate complex transactions, delivering pragmatic Canadian advice while maintaining a global outlook.
