A dual U.S.-Canadian citizen, she has developed significant experience assisting Canadian businesses and individuals with cross-border mobility, USMCA/TN applications, investor visas, and border-related matters. Zabrina serves on the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s national Board of Directors and is Chair of the organization’s Upstate New York Chapter.
