Zohar Barzilai Joins Cassels Brock

Zoharadvises public and private companies on general corporate and securities law issues, including corporate governance, capital market regulatory compliance and continuous disclosure obligations.

Zohar’s transactional experience includes acting on domestic and international public and private company financings, mergers and acquisitions, statutory plans of arrangement, and corporate reorganizations.

During law school, Zohar participated in an International Law, Economics & Management exchange program at the University of Copenhagen and the Copenhagen Business School. Zohar was also the inaugural participant in the Cassels Brock International Internship in Mining Finance at the head office of a global mining corporation upon completion of his second year of law school.

Prior to joining Cassels Brock, Zohar was an associate in the Securities Group of another major Canadian law firm.
