Commercial Litigation Associate (3-6 years)

Walker Law is a Toronto-based litigation firm focused on high-stakes advocacy and strategic problem-solving. Our team includes an elected Bencher and Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation.

We are seeking an experienced litigator to join our growing practice.

Associate – Litigation (3–6 Years)

Commercial Litigation | Property Disputes | Construction Liens | Fraud

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Excellent advocacy, drafting, and client management skills.
• Proven experience arguing motions and appearing before the Superior Court and, ideally, the Court of Appeal.
• Strong track record with complex reported decisions.
• Meaningful community involvement, leadership, or board experience.
• A genuine interest in mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to business development.
• Strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to manage files independently.
